HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
All customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 2-4 business days.
IS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make the payment or cancel your order.
Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
U.S orders will be shipped via EMS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Transit Times to United States: 7 - 15 Business days
Transit times to International: 12 - 30 Business days
Average transit times are received in 3 weeks.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED PRODUCTS )
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us email@example.com (if applicable).
IF I ENTER MY EMAIL ADDRESS WILL YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters to keep updates to the customers of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
